“There is now a widespread acceptance that controlling the emission of greenhouse gasses is going to be one of the major challenges facing mankind in this millennium. Unchecked energy use could lead to even more severe storms, crop failures and rising sea levels,” says the National Energy Foundation, the UK charity for energy efficiency.
