This is the third article on the implementation of quality assurance (QA) to Iso 9000 series of standards for palm oil mills. In the first article, the basic concepts of quality assurance were explained and in the second article, the format and writing of procedures was discussed. This article focuses on the management responsibility for a quality assurance system.
